I am a dedicated and experienced mathematics teacher. Maths is all about problem solving and analytical skills, and I have a passion for helping students to develop this!

Tutoring Experience

I have been an experienced maths teacher for years, I teach all year groups at secondary school. I have experience supporting and encouraging students at all levels, students with special educational needs, and higher ability students who need to be stretched
I have supported students in the build up to their exams, helping them to improve their grades and confidence. All my students have shown great improvement, and have always gone on to have further success in their education.

Tutoring Approach

I will use various teaching approaches depending on the needs of the learner. I teach in a calm manner with patience and dedication to help the student fully understand the topics at hand.
This can involve cementing foundational maths knowledge and breaking down learning for students, or pushing students to challenge themselves and aim higher.
