Expert science teacher who is driven to make a positive and long-lasting impact on students lives. Studied at Oxford University (Postgrad) and Birmingham University (Undergrad).
Currently, teaching Biology, Chemistry and Physics via bespoke virtual sessions, tailored to specific needs. Experienced with AQA, Edexcel, IB and OCR for Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Maths. At school, I achieved 8 A*'s and 3As at GCSE and As at A level.
My purpose in life is to benefit others by effectively passing on the knowledge that I have acquired in the past. I am a recipient of many awards and scholarships such as Chamberlain Award, Allen Murray Scholarship and Member of the Royal Society of Chemistry (MRSC).
I have a valid enhanced DBS.
Tutoring private clients for over a decade across England from KS1 to A level, I have mentored many young students and helped them achieve their goals.
The reviews on this website are just a snapshot of how effective I have been and can be. It is a life-long goal of mine.
Whilst at University, I was involved in the student-teaching scheme, which involved me taking out my time to help guide and teach kids from diverse backgrounds.
I also have a career-based podcast where I invite young professionals and share their experiences and advice for anyone who want to follow in their footsteps.
I also have a video channel where I discuss GCSE and A-level Science content and challenges faced by today's young generation and how to overcome them.
I constantly strive to improve the delivery and content of my lessons and I openly welcome positive and negative feedback from my students to help improve my teaching for future lessons.
Taking on students mainly for ONLINE classes
I am quite a dynamic individual and try various approaches to teach different clients. For me, teaching is about adaptability; it depends on what works for particular student and adds value to learning. I realise that not every student is the same therefore I try and understand the need of the student and give them a proper chance of understanding and questioning me about a particular subject before I move further on a topic. I am very keen on creating a relaxed but professional atmosphere to help the student learn.
