> 2017-2022: I enjoyed teaching both privately and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at KCL. I had the opportunity to plan and deliver weekly tutorials in a range of group class sizes (5, 20, 100+ students) and course levels. Moreover, it included assessing and giving feedback on weekly submitted homework. Lastly, students were encouraged to give feedback which helped me to adjust my teaching and gain experience appropriately. Due to receiving excellent feedback I also had the opportunity of substituting my supervisor in teaching the main lecture of Calculus to 150+ students, and I received two teaching awards.
> 2017: 'Preparing to Teach' series of courses at KCL which aimed to introduce important teaching and giving feedback related concepts such as active learning and inclusive teaching.
Studies: I obtained an MSc in theoretical physics (named Quantum Fields and Fundamental Forces) at Imperial College London, and a BSc in maths and physics at Kings College London
My tutoring is based on:
Explaining the material as clearly as possible and using analogies and examples to enable students to understand as best as possible the taught concepts, encouraging students to actively participate, answering all questions, adapting the teaching pace as requested. Able to commit into both offering a deep understanding of the taught material as well as assist students to obtain high grades.
