An excellent tutor, would highly recommend to anyone looking for help with A-Level Maths and/or Further Maths. Gets straight to the point and breaks complex topics down into much more manageable sections. Will definitely be requesting his assistance as the academic year progresses.

I have had the pleasure of being tutored by Aimilios for both Maths and Physics. He is an exceptional tutor who offers brilliant support even outside of scheduled hours. In Maths, he has a deep knowledge into my subject's curriculum which led to engaging and interactive lessons. He adapts to the pace I set depending on the difficulty of the topic and tailors his lessons accordingly. For Physics, he was able to efficiently break down hard topics into smaller, more manageable sections. Aimilios carefully articulates his thoughts and approaches to problems to ensure that I fully understand the question and topic at hand.

Aside from the lessons themselves, Aimilios works hard outside of scheduled hours to produce well-planned lessons ahead of time. He would always listen to how I would tackle a problem first and then offer any insightful feedback when needed. Aimilios' teaching style is second to none: every lesson is engaging, productive and interactive. As a result, I grew my confidence and was able to approach many difficult problems in both Maths and Physics that I otherwise would have struggled on.

I have enjoyed him as my tutor and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a supportive and reliable tutor.

Aimilios was quick to respond to my enquiry and was great at helping our daughter fill in the gaps and consolidate and extend her learning for OCR's Level 3 FSMQ (additional maths) qualification this summer . He was approachable, flexible and encouraging and our daughter really enjoyed her sessions with him. Plenty of resources and always able to flex sessions to cover what our daughter wanted to do that week to fit in with her school studies. Online sessions worked well.

Aimilios has been tutoring our son for the last 12 months to support him in his A Level maths. He has very much benefited from the help and has grown in confidence, which is reflected in his improved results. Aimilios has been a diligent and supportive teacher with an engaging style which students obviously respond positively to - we would not hesitate to recommend him.

Aimilios is an extremely patient tutor and explained things very clearly to me which finally helped me understand some concepts that I had been struggling with until then. He is open to questions at any point and consistent in his teaching style; I really enjoyed having Aimilios as a tutor and would highly recommend him to anyone who struggles to understand topics in the way that they are explained at school/maths Youtube videos etc!

Aimillios is really helping my daughter with her A-level Maths. Aimillios explains topics clearly and my daughter is finding her maths tuition sessions with Aimillios very useful and is giving her the confidence for her upcoming Maths exams.

My son has been having GCSE maths lessons with Aimilios for a few months and has already made significant progress and is generally much more confident in this subject. Aimilios is an excellent and gifted teacher; he is flexible and patient, explains concepts clearly and is very well suited to my son’s needs. I have two children who are being tutored by Aimilios - a 13 year old boy in Y8 & 11 year old girl in Y7. We have only had a few sessions with him so far and very happy with him. They both feel comfortable with him, find his sessions very helpful and he is very accommodating. It is the first time I have seen my son smiling with excitement after tutoring!

Aimilios was very helpful to my son when he was preparing for his university January exams after missing a lot of sessions due to illness. Aimilios made helpful suggestions for what to revise, explained difficult questions from past papers and demonstrated alternative methods for solving problems. Aimilios has been helping my daughter prepare for her A-level Mathematics examination. He has been flexible, with some lessons taking place online and some taking place face-to-face. He has been organised and enthusiastic, and is someone who gives clear feedback, and ensures that teaching and learning is engaging. Lessons are detailed and Aimilios spends time in between sessions setting tasks, so he has shown a very good level of commitment, and is serious and determined to help my daughter to do well in her exams. Overall, I would recommend him as an excellent tutor.

My son had 4 sessions with Aimilios so far and we are very pleased with how things are going. We do not have the results from the tests my son had a couple of weeks ago but he was a lot more confident and he thought he learned a lot from Aimilios during those sessions. Aimilios was unwell the first session and he has to cancel that so he offered the next session free of charge- I did not expect it but that was a very nice gesture. My son says that his way of describing the concepts and working through the topics is very clear. We will be using Aimilios again.

Aimilios has had an immediate impact on my daughter. The step on from A level has been reduced considerably by Aimilos’ support.

I would call out Aimilios’ patience as well as his follow up after every lesson.

I’m really happy with Aimilios because he has turned things around for my daughter. In a month, she has covered 5 months worth of work done at school and with better understanding. She feels so much more confident. My daughter is very delighted with his method of teaching as she says his explanations make it so simple. An excellent start!

I could not have asked for a better mentor !

Aimilios' classes both motivated me and demystified the course. In a nutshell, he builds on firmly making sense of the fundamental techniques. Seeing where things originate from made the material coherent and straight forward to apply.

I don't think I could have found a tutor better suited to me and my study needs. Aimilios is a delight to learn from: passionate and knowledgeable in equal measure. He indulges my desires to go offtrack and explore tangents but ensures we don't forget the destination we're working towards. Couldn't be happier.

I've had many tutors at varying levels. Aimilios is quite frankly the best tutor I've had including those at university. Whatever the topic, whatever the level and whatever the question he has answered it calmly and helped me to get my confidence back with physics that I thought I'd lost forever. I honestly cannot recommend him more, if you are struggling then get in touch! Patience and flexible online tutoring made it possible for me when I was unable to commit to in-person lessons. Thanks to him I am now happily scoring 90%+ in problem sets and tutoring people myself!
