Alex has been an amazing help to my daughter preparing her for her A’levels. I can thoroughly recommend him.

From the very first contact 9 months ago Alex has been communicative, flexible and completely reliable. We reached out for A level Geography tuition when my son achieved a U grade in his end of year exams! His latest exam grade was a B. Alex has a great approach to teaching, he has never missed a planned session, and has worked with my son brilliantly, plugging the gaps, and rebuilding his confidence - something that his school teacher couldn’t or wouldn’t do. Alex recapped work from lessons in a way that made sense, and has spent lots of time going over exam papers and technique. My son has really enjoyed the tutor sessions and always been very happy to work with Alex.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alex - he’s been an absolute lifesaver! We are both very grateful for all his support over the last 9 months. If your child is struggling with Geography, then get Alex on board - you won’t regret it!

Alex is an amazing geography tutor, he makes you love the subject and explains it clearly.100%would recommend this tutor. If u have have him as a tutor you will definitely ace your exams.

Just the right tutor for my son Selwyn (A-Level Geography -here specially physical geography). He really enjoys it. Alex has a fantastic approach and seems to have the appropriate speed and challenge in teaching Selwyn. We booked double lessons 1 x week and Selwyn said it is the perfect amount of time to "get through stuff" before his exams. Definitely would recommend Alex as a tutor.

Alex was a great tutor for my son who was struggling with his GCSE Geography revision, my sons grade improved from a 6 to a grade 7 . Alex only worked with us from Easter until the exams 2 months later so we were pleased with this improvement. Alex tailored the lesson to my sons needs & was always reliable & a positive influence.

I recently achieved an A* in Geography A level and I was the only person in my year to achieve it. Without the help of Alex and his expertise, I would have never had come close to this grade. Alex found a way to make my 11 years old daughter understand maths by simplifying what she has been learning at school. He is friendly and reliable. I would definitely recommend Alex.

Alex had really impressed us. He has engaged our two sons by creating custom exercises and materials based on their interests. Our eldest son has changed what he wants to learn and Alex has been versatile and flexible enough to cope with this. He is prompt, reliable, professional and fun. He is not our first home tutor. Alex has been very accommodating with his schedule, has always arrived on time with good preparation for the lesson and imparts an enthusiasm for the subject. My son had fallen behind with his studies and become quite disengaged at school, I’m now confident that with Alex’s guidance he will secure a good grade in Geography at GCSE.

Alex taught my daughter A level Geography for one month whilst she was off school recuperating from illness. She enjoyed her lessons with him and said he was very good at asking her insightful questions that got her to think for herself. He was extremely flexible, accommodating, reliable and always punctual. We would thoroughly recommend him to another First Tutor user.
