Tutoring Experience

Direct teaching experience in a few schools in Liverpool, as well as tutoring on and off for 5 years. I also have worked with local mental health organisations, with training in working with young people with mental health difficulties.

Tutoring Approach

I have had problems personally with how things are taught in schools, so understand how important it is to find a teaching and learning style that works for the individual, and feel I am very good at explaining things in different ways until I find the way that works best.

I have experience working with people with various SEN and with English as a second language. I am especially good at working with students with issues such as anxiety.
