I am a recent UCL graduate with a passion for both learning and teaching Spanish. I have been learning Spanish for 8 years and teaching for 4 years so I have plenty of experience with this beautiful language. I achieved a 9 in GCSE Spanish and an A in A-level Spanish.
I understand how difficult it can be to get to grips with a language and the difference a good teacher and supportive learning environment can make. I tailor each of my lessons to my student's needs and ensure my students get plenty of practice learning grammar and completing a wide variety of exercises inside and outside the classroom. I've always had a profound love for Spanish and I hope to share that with my students. I am passionate, approachable, and fun, and always have an open mind.
I also teach Maths for KS1 to GCSE levels. With four years of teaching experience, I have cultivated a deep understanding of Maths, allowing me to guide my students with expertise and enthusiasm. I achieved an 8 in GCSE Maths and an A in A-level Maths so I am well-versed in the challenges students face when grasping these subjects.
Through a variety of engaging exercises and practice opportunities, both inside and outside the classroom, I ensure that my students gain a solid foundation in problem-solving and critical thinking.
I have been tutoring Spanish in one way or another over the last 4 years. I am especially adept at teaching KS1 - KS3 students. though I'm also experienced with older students and I'm available to tutor GCSE students too. I have taught students for various purposes, from more casual speaking practice to exam preparation, both in-person and online.
