Alison has been fantastic with our son. He is 15 and has weekly online lessons with Alison, his knowledge is greatly improved as have his grades. Alison communicates with me regularly which really helps and our son has come to really enjoy his lessons.

First Tutor have requested that we send you some feedback. Although you were friendly and professional, the structure of the tutorial wasn't engaging, and Holly felt there was no added value compared to her going through the textbook herself.
I appreciate there was only one tutorial, and if she had stuck with it for longer, I'm sure you may have been able to help her, but the connection wasn't there.

I am sorry you felt that way. I did offer you a home visit to meet you and Holly to discuss how best to tutor her.

I only met Holly once for the free taster session. I offer this session to get to know each other and judge the best way to tutor. I did not meet you the parent. As you were observing the session I would have been delighted to have met you and discussed your expectations.

I do have a good revision structure that has enabled students to get good grades and be offered scholarships in prestigious colleges.

Alison has been a breath of fresh air to my 15 year old daughter.

Throughout the first lockdown my daughter worked hard doing her school work remotely but I felt she had lost her confidence in.

Having had 3 lessons with Alison, my daughter has now got her mojo back. Alison covers sections of science my daughter felt lacking in and this has certainly helped her with her revision.

I would definitely recommend Alison :)

Alison is a wonderful teacher. Very approachable and understanding when we had some difficulties with the on line log in.
