Engineer at Dyson | Masters of Mechanical Engineering (1st) | Academic and Engineering Scholar | Experienced Tutor
I am a 24-year-old currently living in Bristol. I work as an engineer at Dyson and would love to help you with any STEM fields you are struggling in.
I was schooled in both the public and private sectors growing up. I was awarded two academic scholarships and an Arkwright Engineering Scholarship. I achieved outstanding grades at both IGCSE and A-levels, which led to me studying a Masters of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Bristol. I graduated with a 1st Class Honours in 2022, and began my professional career at Dyson soon after.
I have tutored at various stages in my life. At school I offered tutoring to some students and family friends, helping them with upcoming exams. At university I was a student mentor for 2 years, assisting the younger students in starting at the university. In my professional career I have run projects for undergraduates interning at Dyson.
My style of teaching is to break down complicated concepts into smaller steps that are easier to understand. I prefer to teach my students how a process works rather than memorising rules. I find it's easier for the student to then apply this knowledge to other scenarios. I like to create visually memorable notes, using diagrams and colours.
Please feel free to book one of the free sessions with me. I have resources to offer that demonstrate my tutoring ability and together we can improve your knowledge.
