Alli really is an absolute star tutor! Excellent communication with both children and their parents. She is also very knowledgeable about the exam structure for all the different exam boards, so can take pupils as complete beginners all the way through to formal qualifications.

Alli has been brilliant tutoring my daughter for her Italian GCSE. Her flexibility and willingness to work on a Sunday has made it possible for my daughter to have the tutoring at all, given her busy school week and Saturday sports etc. So that was a real plus. Although my daughter was also having virtual Italian lessons with someone in Milan, the fact that Alli understands what the examining boards are looking for etc was invaluable and the main reason we chose her. Daughter has achieved all 9s in her mock, so with some revision tutoring with Alli nearer the time, we are hoping for 9s all round in the real thing! Grazie Alli!

Alli is the perfect tutor for those preparing for exams as she not only has excellent knowledge of her subject/s but, being an examiner herself, can also guide students on the exam process and make sure they have everything they need.

Alli is great - immensely technically qualified but the years of experience she has of teaching and understanding the children she teaches is invaluable.

Alli is a great tutor, from the lesson I had with her she helped me with my upcoming speaking exam and had a clear knowledge with the systematics of learning Spanish as a second language and how to tackle the exams I have in university. I found the teaching very clear, straightforward and very helpful with the work I have now, and will continue to have lessons with her.

The best teacher of Italian I could have hoped to find, kind and encouraging, and providing a good balance in the lesson between speaking listening and reading in Italian.

My son's first lesson with Allison was excellent. She quickly and accurately identified his needs, and set out a clear plan for preparing him for GCSE Spanish. It was immediately obvious that Allison has substantial experience of teaching languages and supporting students with different levels of ability to achieve good outcomes. My son learned a lot within the first hour that he was able to put into practice in school the following day. He enjoyed the lesson, and found Allison's approach to teaching reassuring and helpful.
