Hello! I'm Amber, a qualified teacher from London. With 7 years of experience in schools, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting children, helping students achieve their best and fostering a love for learning. I have a PGDE in Primary Teaching, a degree in Childhood Youth and Community Studies and a TEFL qualification (Teaching English as a Foreign Language). I aim to create an exciting, supportive and engaging environment to help children thrive.

Tutoring Experience

I have extensive experience (as a teacher and teaching assistant) working with a range of students in both KS1 and KS2, including children with SEND and English as an additional language. This has given me a deep understanding of the curriculum and what children need to achieve at each stage of their education.

I am skilled at identifying areas where students may need extra support and tailoring lessons to help them progress. My approach is focused on building confidence, improving key skills, and fostering a positive attitude toward learning.
