I am a UCL engineering student studying biomedical engineering in my second year. I am passionate about engineering and have a real love for the world of maths and physics which is why i want to pass on the passion and knowledge i have to the younger generation.
I have taught my siblings throughout their education and my brother is currently in year 12 studying maths and physics after I helped tutor him during GCSE's. I also spent quite a bit of time teaching my younger cousins abroad in algeria over zoom and helped them get to a good level in maths and physics
I have also been a judo coach for 2 years and taught classes ranging from 5 to 50 years old and this has given me the ability to adjust my teaching to any skill level.
I would begin by asking the student questions to see their general knowledge of the topic. I would then start teaching them the parts they struggle with more and move onto the easier parts to divide the time equally and efficiently. I would also go through worked examples. Finally i would provide the student with questions to take home and complete and send to me to mark and provide feedback.
