I am an experienced, qualified, Nottingham based, Mathematics Teacher who offers KS2, KS3, GCSE, Functional Skills and A level private mathematics tuition both in person and online. I am an early riser so I can start online tuition from 6am.
I live half a mile from Trent Bridge, just a 3 minute walk from the tram stop.
I have a current clean enhanced DBS (CRB) certificate which is backed up by an entry on the governments DBS Update Service for prospective clients to view.
I often receive referrals from satisfied clients who can also provide references if required.
My DBS form, qualification certificates and photo ID driving license can be provided on the first meeting.
I can also provide references from pupils who have been successful in the recent KS2 SATS, GCSE and A Level exams.
I have experience of teaching Mathematics in secondary schools since 1992 and have tutored many children over the years.
I have been involved in the government's one to one tuition program and classroom taught mathematics in many schools.
I am a calm, patient, reliable person who is quietly spoken and friendly. I feel pupils respond well to me.
I put plenty of effort in to my lessons. I regularly recap the work covered and i am very thorough.
I mainly use my iPad in the lessons with its extensive links to past exam papers and useful Maths websites. I provide exercise books free of charge to work in and homework can be set / marked if required.
