Experienced top-tier strategy consultant and economics tutor working with ambitious students.

I graduated in 2016 from my undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Economics & Management and Sociology, from the University of Oxford (Jesus College) - before moving to London for a career within strategy consulting. In my spare time, I pass on my skills and knowledge to help students achieve their desired grades. My current/recent students predominantly consist of Russell Group university (LSE, Bath, Durham, Warwick, Exeter, York, KCL) and ambitious A-Level economics students wanting to secure the top grades.

I was awarded with an Open Scholarship by Jesus College (Oxford) for exceptional performance in university examinations. At A-Level, I received the Shepherd and Allen Awards for best performances in A-Level History, Economics and German. I achieved 100% in 3 of 4 economics papers and 2 of 3 history examinations, and 94% overall in A-Level Mathematics (dropping only 3 marks for the 3 AS Core & Stats papers).

Aside from academia, I played both football and squash at academy, county and university-level, and I'm a fully-qualified squash coach!

Given my experience of the 11+, TSA entrance exam (2nd highest mark in UK), and Oxbridge interview process (on the student admission board), I'm also available to tutor in school/university entrance exams/interviews.

• A-Level economics students from variety of state, grammar and top private schools (e.g. Westminster, St. Paul's, King's Wimbledon, City of London). 100% of students achieved their desired A-A* grades, including 25% exceeding grades (e.g. achieving A* vs. target A - from previous B/C grade)
• Oxbridge admissions - 85% success rate over 7 years for students applying to E&M, PPE, Economics, Land Economy, History, History & Politics

Tutoring Approach

My approach is tailored towards students' needs and requirements - for example, whether students are looking to hone exam technique, become more structured in essay responses, or dive deeper into content and economic themes. We construct a plan and agenda to best suit your needs and goals.

The most value-add a tutor can provide though is providing the techniques, explanations and extra learnings that textbooks and teachers (given lack of 1-on-1 teaching / time constraints) fail to provide to students.
