PhD physicist and dynamic teacher with a commitment to helping students achieve their goals.
I have a PGCE and a PhD in nuclear physics and have worked both in research and as a clinical scientist. I loved working as a professional scientist but my real passion is helping others learn!
I have over 7 years experience teaching physics, science and maths to students, both in person and online. I have been highly successful tutoring students who are studying for A-Level, GCSE, IBDP, IBMYP, Scottish Highers and university undergraduate exams.
I aim to not only help students pass their exams but to leave them with a love and understanding of the subject matter. I use real world mathematical and scientific examples to make the core concepts seem less abstract.
I like to be open with the people I meet and I am always ready to dive deeper into any parts of the subject.
If you need any support with your physics or maths, I am ready to help!
