I’m a German native speaker and a qualified teacher who has recently relocated to the UK from Germany. I offer private tuition to people of all ages and levels from beginner to proficiency.

Tutoring Experience
I used to be a Secondary School teacher of English and PE at a German grammar school for more than 20 years. I taught all age groups from 10 to 18 including exam preparations for A- Level English in Germany. I also used to work as a supply teacher in the UK.
I have been a German tutor in the UK since 2018 and I enjoy passing on the language and the culture of my country to motivated learners.
Tutoring Approach
I am completely flexible with regard to lesson content and pace of learning. Everything will be tailored to your particular needs. My aim is to make language learning enjoyable.
Before the pandemic I have mainly been teaching face to face but have now found tutoring online via Zoom equally effective and enjoyable.
