Hi, my name is Angela and I am a fully qualified Primary Teacher. I currently working in Renfrewshire Council.

Tutoring Experience

I have worked as a Primary Teacher for the past 14 years and previously worked as a Multi Sports Coach for 3 years. I have experience working with children from P1 - P7 and worked as a tutor during my probationary year, providing a tailored programme of tuition for children who required additional support with Literacy and Numeracy. I also have experience in working with children who have a variety of Additional Support Needs, including Autism, ADHD and Dyslexia.

Tutoring Approach

I believe it is important to get to know the children that I work with to ensure I can meet their learning needs by adapting my teaching methods to best suit their learning style. I have a nurturing and patient approach when working with children, enabling them to feel supported and confident in their ability, helping them to reach their full potential.
