Hi, I am a university student studying pharmacy and have a very good understanding of the new curriculum for both GCSEs and A-levels. Being the very first year to have sat the 9-1 exams I am well founded with the syllabus and received in my own Gcses 10 9s, 8s and 7s. I've studied A-levels in Biology Chemistry and Maths. Studying a healthcare degree also means I have an excellent understanding of a-level science.
I have been tutoring both privately and with a tutoring company for the past 2 years and have had training in teaching all year groups from as young as 5.
My teaching approach is too breakdown the syllabus into smaller chunks and work systematically through the content. From my personal teaching experience, students do best having preread the information and then going over and covering the sections they did not understand with me. The teaching approach is very personal for each student depending on their weaknesses.
