Anish

Hi there!

I'm Anish, a 4th year medical student with a massive passion for teaching and mentorship. I have a particular drive for Biology, Chemistry and Maths, however can offer advice for medicine applications alongside tuition. I know there are many pupils studying these subjects with a keen eye on practising medicine in the future, hence I will do my best to provide any advice and guidance that might be relevant to my pupils.

Tutoring Experience

I have been mentoring and tutoring for almost 4 years now and have been through the biology course recently myself. I have also won multiple prizes for all 3 subjects in the past (Biology and Maths Olympaids and Cambridge Chemistry challenges) and am currently studying medicine at university. I frequently deliver mass teaching sessions at university, and have done so for the last 3 years.

Tutoring Approach

I always look to establish a friendly and easy-going environment with pupils so there is maximum satisfaction for them at the end of sessions. By mixing teaching content with exam style questions at regular intervals, students are fully able to grasp knowledge and reflect it in their answers too. By the end of sessions, I look to have addressed weaker topic areas from my pupils' knowledge of the syllabus, so that they leave with confidence every time.
