I am a fully qualified secondary school teacher and experienced tutor who is dedicated to helping students to achieve their goals. I am always keen to form positive relationships with my students and boost their confidence as much as obtain academic success through hard work and pinpointing areas of development.

Tutoring Experience

I achieved QTS in 2021 with University College London (UCL), and went on to complete a PGDE (Post Graduate Diploma in Education) in 2022 with UCL. I am a fully qualified Secondary School Teacher who tutors History KS3 and GCSE and Maths KS3. I love working with students and forming meaningful relations to ensure they achieve their goals.

Tutoring Approach

I pin-point areas for development through conversations with my students and through assessment via questioning. These areas then form objectives which lessons follow. Lessons focus on these key areas of development until their goals are reached and then more goals are set, again through assessment. New content is taught, modelled and then worked through with the student until it becomes automatic and hard to get wrong. Lots of praise and hopefully fun throughout!
