I am a bilingual French national who has lived in the UK for thirty five years.
I have more than thirty years experience teaching French up to degree level, English as a second language to both secondary school students and adults (preparation for IELTS/Skills for Life Cambridge ESOL examinations), English up to GCSE/Common Entrance and Maths up to KS3. I have taught both in state schools and independent schools in the UK and tutored both children and adults extensively. I am very familiar with the Common Entrance syllabus as well as Scholarship requirements in French in independent schools.
I am committed to academic rigour whilst also emphasising the joy of learning through stimulating activities such as drama, games and film. I am approachable and sensitive to the learner's needs and will do my utmost to enable the learner to reach his or her potential.
