Hi, I'm Anthonia. I am a qualified primary school teacher based in Norwich where I went to school and grew up. I obtained my PGCE at the University of East Anglia and I also have a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science. I am also currently studying for a qualification in Understanding Children's and Young Peoples Mental Health.
I am an experienced, qualified primary teacher with 10 years experience working in education. I have spent 5 years leading, developing and improving science, history, geography and RSHE across schools. I have also tutored after school helping children to develop their confidence, knowledge and skills.
I aim to engage all students on an individual level and adapt my teaching style to accommodate how each individual student learns. Being an experienced primary school teacher of 10 years has given me the skills to be able to understand each individual students learning style in order to achieve the best results.
I carry out an assessment first to identify students gaps in their learning which I then use to plan a tailored programme for their individual tuition.
I am friendly and teaching provides me the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students. I enjoy inspiring, motivating and guiding students toward achieving their goals, both academically and also building their confidence.
