My name is Ayesha and I graduated with a triple honours degree in Arabic, Persian and Comparative Literature at the University of St Andrews. I'm currently studying a PGCE in English at King's in London and would like to help learners outside of the classroom. I am particularly passionate about languages and literature and hope to inspire others through teaching these.
My formal experience in teaching has been through helping adult learners who struggled with unacknowledged learning difficulties in school with basic arithmetic and literacy skills. Outside of this, my informal experience includes essay and dissertation writing, editing and proofreading for my peers at university, as I consider myself a talented and well-articulated writer.
My teaching approach is steadfast and thorough, and I always aim to ensure students understand a topic comprehensively with no room for doubt or misunderstanding. I am also a very patient and compassionate teacher who strives to make learning an enjoyable and insightful experience for all.
