My names are Beatrice Removed, I'm 52 years old, and I enjoy teaching Mathematics and English Language.

Tutoring Experience

I have been a tutor for the last 23 years, tutoring one-to-one and in small groups of up to 10 students. I teach both Mathematics and English Language (from year 3 to year 6 and year 7 to year 9).

I have taught one-to-one, but I founded a complementary school in South East London, that supported more than 3000 children and young people, from 2002 to 2013, with 99% of all our pupils progressing onto further institutions of learning. In 2008, I received HRM's Award for the 'Best Teacher in Southwark'.

I later set a private tutors company (Beata Tutors Group), to further my tutoring.

Tutoring Approach

My focus is on the pupils/students’ improved grades, increased self-confidence, developed subject knowledge and understanding, exam preparation, and continued study support and advice. I endeavour to achieve the afore mentioned through the integration of study skills and aptitude in every lesson of every discipline and the continued assessment and building of a skills-base with the pupils/students, while encouraging them to optimally apply themselves to the relevant subject matter.
I’m keen on working with the parents as an integral part of aiding the creation of a special connection that will develop between the student and tutor. While I continue to work with the pupils/students, they will advance that rapport and in the hope that it leads to effectual learning, improved self-confidence, and prospect.
My tutoring intention is to verse the pupils/students into a deeper understanding of the concepts in a subject like mathematics, which in turn arms them with a solid subject-matter foundation, as they progress onto higher classes.
