I am currently a second year ECT teacher who has experience in teaching KS3 through to KS5. I have a passion for physics and hold the highest standard for myself and students. I am flexible in my work and accommodate for all levels of understanding.
I have experience in teaching KS3 through to KS5 and have direct influence in the planning and coordination of KS3 & KS4 curriculums for physics, carefully planning out the optimal path of learning for all students.
I utilise a variety of learning techniques that vary from being teacher led to student led learning. I am able to do in person tutoring or online tutoring.
All of my resources used are available for any tutee to review individually after each session and I myself am available for questions and advice at any time.
I have a firm belief that improvement can only be achieved over the long term with practice and thus I hold the highest standards for each tutee. I aim to foster the confidence and self-efficacy of all students, regardless of their starting point in the subject of physics.
I hold a strong record of GCSE results with the students that I teach as well as those that I have tutored previously, particularly with students who are lacking confidence when I support them initially.
