Hi! I'm Caoimhe and I am a first year medical student at the University of Liverpool. With a deep fascination for biochemistry and a passion for exploring the world around me, I am eager to share my knowledge and enthusiasm with students. I am dedicated to helping others understand complex concepts and achieve their academic goals.
For the past 2 years during sixth form, I regularly helped students of all different year groups with homework and revision tasks from GCSE level to A-level standards. I also regularly did volunteer tutoring sessions for family and friends throughout these 2 years. I also have 2 years experience teaching swimming and I have spent time as a volunteer classroom assistant in a primary school.
At GCSE level, I was able to achieve nine 7(A)- 9(A**) grades and at A-level, I achieved 3As in biology, chemistry and geography.
I tailor each lesson specifically to the tutee to ensure that they are comfortable so they can learn and understand as much as possible. I have a range of resources and activities available to my tutees, including labelled diagrams, games, quizzes, practice questions and detailed notes. I also base my lessons directly on the specification so that the tutee can gain comprehensive knowledge of it, to ensure that they are ready for anything on the exams.
