I’m Chantay, an IT Trainer, Performance Coach and Facilitator with extensive IT training and coaching experience in the UK and internationally.

I know what IT application skills employers are looking for and I’m here to work with you to acquire those skills that are in high demand.

My Objectives:
As an IT tutor, my number one goal is to help you pass your IT exams; obtain your qualifications; be successful in your professional career or achieve your desired IT goal!

Help you improve your IT skills so that you’ll be able to produce amazing business documentation and financial reports utilizing Microsoft Office 2016, 2019, 365

Help you acquire the IT skills you need in preparation for a new role either at your current company or if you’re looking for new opportunity

Teach you the essential IT features and functions to use for your hobbies and interests. Are you a senior surfer, wanting to communicate with friends and family across the world? I’ll teach you the technical skills for you to be able to do so in no time at all!

Tutoring Approach

I’ve found that the best approach for tutoring sessions is to discuss how you like to learn (ie your preferred learning style); your expectations for the sessions and your desired outcome(s).
From these discussions, I customise my teaching, training and tutoring approach to make learning interesting, enjoyable and to best meet your needs.
All tutor sessions are interactive with practical exercises for you to learn. After each session, I provide exercises to reinforces what you learned to complete on your own.
