I have been a teacher for 25 Years. I have taught at primary school and secondary school level. I have also qualified as a SENCO and worked with SEND children for many years.
12 years as a secondary teacher and 13 years as a primary school teacher.
I spent two years teaching overseas at very reputable International schools.
Engage the learner, diagnose the specific needs, create a plan to address difficulties. Make learning fun. Use the latest evidenced based pedagogy to build skills and knowledge. Assess learning using formative and some summative assessment. Keep parents up to date with learning.
