I am a French native. I enjoy teaching French very much. I love languages and understand what it takes to learn a language. My students like me and find me very friendly and approachable.
I am also very lively and I am a good communicator.
I have over 25 years of teaching experience. At first I was teaching in London for language schools. I was travelling to large companies in the City of London to teach Executives. Then I started teaching for myself and have done so for many years. I have excellent results with GCSE and A levels students. I also have a lot of experience teaching adults with strong ties to France (They frequently have holidays there, they have a house or they are planning to move there). My students appreciate that I adapt to their way of learning.
First I assess the level and listen to what the person wants out of the lessons. Once I get what they want, then I work out how to achieve it best.
Adapting to the student is the most important: I look at how best I can help them. Teaching is a combination of what the student wants with the rules of teaching. I keep in mind the interest of the student, their abilities and preferences and I put in the right learning gradient for that student.
