As a professional, I believe in the power of in-person learning for its practical benefits, helping students develop more quickly. If you're more of a visual learner, I'm also open to this as everyone is different. I am very patient and attentive, ensuring that each lesson is tailored to the individual needs of my students. Our sessions begin with questions about your photography experience, such as whether you own a camera and its type, and what specific aspects you wish to learn, like in-camera manual settings, different kinds of lenses are their importance, or do you want to know more about the complexities and "rules" of photography? This approach allows me to customize the content to best support your growth and learning in photography, and I also want to make this as fun as possible to get your creative juices flowing and become a confident photographer.
I'm an industry professional with nearly a decade of experience in photography covering analogue and film cameras, post production and lighting. I'd love to support your next steps and inspire your creative thinking as well as the technical side too.
Proven experience as an industry professional, I'm here to help you learn more about photography by teaching you fundamental in-camera techniques, including composition, lighting, and camera settings. I'm going to provide hands-on training and practical assignments to help develop your skills, at any level. I'm very patient and dedicated to helping students become passionate about this subject.
