Dan is a very honest tutor, he could not teach applied maths for my son, so we have to cancel with him.

Dan has been offering excellent tutoring to our son. He provides inspiring lessons which our son has enjoyed a lot. Our son's performance in Maths and grades have been consistently improved. He has been available even between lessons to offer our son advice and support.

Dan is great. We needed to fill blanks in teachings of Maths at university degree level in certain modules which were poorly taught and interrupted by COVID stop/start teachings. Dan was really helpful , very prompt with replies, referred us to another tutor for a different module when that was required and was always super helpful and very clear in his own teaching. Would definitely use him again if needed and we highly recommend him.

Dan really helped me understand Markov chains for an exam I had coming up and provided lots of relevant resources (as well as some extra content to read for fun!). He was always happy to help me with any questions outside of the lessons too. I would definitely recommend him for any help you might need with university level math :)

Dan tutored my son for first year uni maths. We found him very prompt in his reply. My son found him very helpful in explaining maths and he gave him a large amount of questions/past papers to practice. I would thoroughly recommend Dan as a tutor.

Dan was very quick to respond to our request. Prior to the session he reviewed questions my son was looking for help with and was very honest that his current knowledge was not up to scratch in this particular area (university level maths / physics). In retrospect we probably needed to contact a tutor with phd level physics experience. Dan was very helpful pointing us the right direction for support.

We used Dan to help 2nd year university Maths student - who had missed out on a lot of the coursework due to illness - to catch up over an intensive 6 week period, pre summer exams. Dan was reliable, responsive, patient, interested, punctual and kind. He was a massive help in filling in gaps in university teaching, which had wobbled/crashed slightly as it moved between online + in person teaching + struggled to teach coherently during the pandemic + beyond. I would highly recommend. He was a mini life-saver.

I've had four lessons with Dan so far in order to help with my final year of studies at university and so far his been great! I've found him to be very good at explaining difficult concepts and quickly understanding when a lack of knowledge in a related area may be causing an issue in understanding the concepts we're currently working through. The documents/links Dan provides as a supplement have also been excellent and the questions are thought out well based on my level of understanding.

Dan is a very reliable tutor who has quite a flexible schedule, can always fit me into lessons, and is also very polite and punctual. Not only does he have excellent math knowledge, but he also makes the lessons very fun by sharing interesting facts of real-life applications of maths.

Dan is highly competent and a really nice and professional tutor. He has an incredible profile.
We did not continue the Tution due to different requirements.

My son and I are so glad we contacted Dan to help him with a Maths subject (at Undergrad level). What a compete star he has been. Over a series of tutorials, he took the subject (Analysis) back to the basics, running through each topic, but teaching him in a way he completely grasped and giving him a whole new understanding and confidence. Clear, concise instruction from a very smart teacher. Would recommend him highly.

Dan helped tutor my son in A Level Maths and proved himself to be reliable and deeply knowledgeable. This was my son's first personal tuition and I think it was easier for him to relate to someone more his own age who was friendly and able to do a great job at ensuring that topics were properly understood beyond the formulas.
