I am an experienced tutor with a loyal and growing student base. I provide personalised in-person tutoring in South Manchester and Cheshire, and online tutoring for students everywhere else. I specialise in supporting independently educated students, particularly for entrance exams and boarding school preparation. However, my expertise extends beyond these areas.

I have a unique approach to tutoring that caters to each student's learning style, whether they are shy and lacking confidence or outgoing and self-assured. I focus on keeping your child engaged and promoting effective learning. My goal is to help your family achieve their academic objectives.

I am a dedicated full-time professional tutor, not a teacher who tutors part-time. Unlike classroom teaching, my pedagogy is specifically tailored to individual students, ensuring maximum progress. I am invested in your child's success, and their lessons are customised to their needs. Online lessons are available for a minimum duration of 1 hour, while in-person sessions can be conducted at your home for either 90 minutes or 2 hours.

With over 14 years of tutoring experience, I specialise in both primary and secondary education. I possess a deep understanding of both independent and state curricula. Each lesson I deliver is tailored to meet the unique needs and personality of your child. I am skilled in providing effective literacy tuition, particularly for children with dyslexia and other specific learning difficulties. My approach is adaptable, ensuring it complements your child's individuality.

I have extensive experience tutoring privately for families across various European cities such as Madrid, Bologna, Milan, and Geneva. Additionally, I have taught students in Vancouver, Canada, as well as Southampton, New York, and Houston, Texas. I have successfully supported students aiming to attend independent day and boarding schools in the UK, and I have successfully prepared them for common entrance exams.
