Daniel is an excellent tutor. Highly recommended.

Daniel has been helping my son with the math. He is very reliable and punctual, and my son is very happy with the sessions, he says that Daniel explains everything very well.
Fingers crossed for a good mark in the upcoming exam :)

Over the past 3 months we have had Daniel, twice a week for face to face tutoring for our 14 year old son.

Daniel has been flexible and adaptable in tutoring our son who is attending an International school in Australia whilst we are temporarily based in the UK.

Daniel is professional and focused in his approach and has helped teaching our son new topics, ensuring that he has grasped the basics before carrying on, ironing out problems if there are any. He has provided extra ‘cheat’ summary sheets, as well as his own resources to support his tutoring.

Daniel has an easygoing nature and is very approachable. His help has ensured our son has been able to keep up whilst temporarily out of his Australian classroom environment.

We would highly recommend Daniel, his guidance and excellent maths knowledge continue to be valued by our son.

Friendly and focused tutor

We have had Daniel for 3 weeks and he has been brilliant. He has a really nice manner and is incredibly patient. But really it is my daughter who should write this review. She says “In 3 weeks I feel that Daniel has helped me consolidate a lot of stuff and I feel more confident already. He makes me laugh and makes maths fun”

First impressions very good and pleased to have met Daniel. Took time to understand students current level, goals, and objectives, in order to tailor material accordingly.

We are very happy that we introduced Daniel to our son, Daniel has made a big difference in a short amount of time, our son's confidence is growing and he is learning new techniques - starting to enjoy math instead of dreading it!.

Daniel is an excellent maths tutor and our 15 year old daughter enjoys her lessons with him. He is very personable and I feel you can rely on him. Highly recommended!

I can not recommend Daniel highly enough, he is extremely patient (given that my son really hated Maths), without Daniel my son would never have obtained his Nat 5 result. It was always a pleasure to see Daniel who is such a nice person to have in your home as a tutor. Thanks Daniel for all you did it is very much appreciated!!

Daniel was extremely reliable and understood our son’s needs perfectly. He was extremely patient and would go over things again and again until our son got it. He managed to get a student who wasn’t even going to be allowed to sit N5 to a B grade. We can’t thank him or recommend him highly enough.

So pleased we have Daniel tutoring our son. Even after just 4 session his confidence in maths has grown, so great to see this sort of result in such a short period of time.

Daniel has been working with our son for 4 sessions now and progress is already noticeable in both our son's confidence and grasp of mathematical principles which is translating well in the classroom. Daniel is a very good tutor. He has a good way of starting off the course, and has lot of patience allowing me to try and grasp his science.

Daniel has only been with us for 2 weeks however he is already making an impression on my sons maths work! He is very clear and concise and doesn't just work to the 1 hour time slot, he will carry on if he wants to complete a subject.

Daniel has helped my daughter a great deal with her Maths. He is punctual, polite and interested in her development. I am very pleased.

Daniel has established great working rapport with Alice and clearly demonstrates a calm, methodical approach towards getting her to understand some of the more difficult aspects and concepts of mathematics. He's patient with her and has definitely gained her trust. He's a nice chap and we are very happy to have him as Alice's tutor, helping her gain her confidence in mathematics. Daniel has identied Harry's problems, so in 2 wks Harry has gained knowledge in his math.

I was looking for a tutor for my 19 year old daughter who was retaking her GCSE but had left College. Ellie was a little bit Mathsphobic after some bad experiences with Maths teachers in the past, who she felt were dismissive when she couldn't grasp topics immediately. So I deliberately chose someone who didn't look 'teachery'. Ellie described Daniel as 'laid back and patient' and was very happy with the help she received. She resat the exam in November, and although we don't have the results yet, this was the first time she went into the exams feeling, in her words, 'prepared and confident'. Even better she felt confident when she'd finished each paper, having been able to attempt every question.

We have now received Ellie's results and I'm very pleased to say that she has finally passed.

UPD**Telephone Number Removed** We returned to Daniel for help for my son who is High Functioning Autistic and has problems with written communication. My son enjoys Maths, but he was getting wildly varying scores due to not always understanding what he was being asked to do. Daniel worked with him on Exam past papers and how to interpret questions as well as some specific Maths issues. We learned last week that my son had achieved an A grade in GCSE. He asked me to add that Daniel is "very patient and nice to work with".

Daniel has been a great help to both my children. He was quickly able to identify their individual strengths and weaknesses and tailor his tutoring accordingly. He has agreed to continue to help them over the next year as they approach GCSE. I recommend him highly.

If Daniel can help me with as knotty a subject as stochastic calculus (which he did!) I imagine he can help most people with their needs. Recommended.
