I am a young, enthusiastic secondary school teacher with a passion for helping students meet their potential! My relatable nature allows me to develop solid relationships with my students which helps them develop a passion for the subject. Using a combination of my expertise and my proactivity I can ensure any student being tutored will meet their target grade at the bare minimum.

Tutoring Experience

Since qualifying as a teacher, all my clients achieved above their target grade, with all of them achieving above a grade 7 (GCSE PE OCR). This is something I am eager to build on this year as I attempt to maintain my high standards.

Tutoring Approach

My approach is mixture of strong structure but enjoyable tasks that engage students and develops their interest for the subject. I ensure all my lessons are planned sequentially to develop their working memory and long term memory and thus helping retain knowledge better and preventing cognitive overload, which is the main reason students struggle to learn information.
