Tutoring Experience
Ten years teaching the Edexcel A Level Chemistry to over 500 students with exceptional results. I have tutored for six years now covering OCR A, OCR Salters & AQA specifications.
I currently teach AQA Chemistry and Combined Science, with previous experience of the Edexcel course and iGCSE.
Tutoring Approach
I teach students to understand the subject. Memorisation and recall are made easier if students have a thorough appreciation of why and how something is! I can adapt my lessons to suit any style or topic, but the best sessions consist of students asking questions - the questions their teachers couldn't necessarily answer. I can provide examination questions for all levels of ability include A* targeted questions for each topic.
