I am an experienced and enthusiastic teacher, who enjoys passing on knowledge and seeing my students blossom.
I adapt and tailor each lesson to the individual, and employ interesting materials alongside language instruction.
I studied languages, (Dual Spanish & Russian BA. Hons.), which I thoroughly enjoyed, and this gave me the opportunity to live and study in various countries.
I then went on to study for a PGDip in Librarianship, Information Management.
I qualified for the CELTA teaching certificate a few years ago now, and have a true passion for teaching languages.
I have studied at various institutions along the way: Sheffield UK; Berkeley USA; Moscow State University and the University of Westminster, London.
I currently work in an independent boarding/day school which I thoroughly enjoy, and teach Spanish and English ESL privately.
My aim is to make learning an enjoyable and rewarding experience.
All levels are welcome and I am here to encourage and help you learn.
Kind regards,
David
Spanish and English ESL tutor with over twelve years teaching experience.
My function as a Spanish and English tutor is to make learning both enjoyable and rewarding, whilst installing confidence and competence.
Each lesson is planned and prepared for the specific student in mind.
