David's Feedback

Our son works well with younger teachers, who understand current education system and a teenager's way of thinking. This is why we chose David, so our son can feel comfortable and understood in lessons. Our son struggled with basic English Language, could not structure an essay without overthinking it and using words he didn't understand. It has been several months of learning with David, and our son has had a homework. He has written it in 30 mins, we were dying from laughter! It was full of humor, really well structured and followed to the step what David has taught him! The way David has transformed Igor's way of thinking about English language is incredible! He has received his mock exams grade of 5 in November! He was failing it before this. We are looking forward to GCSE exams now! Thank you David

David started tutoring our son at short notice from us . We approached David after our sons English grades had slipped from a predicted 6/7 to a 3 after his mocks, In only 3 lessons David has helped my son turn it around and helped with his confidence and focus ,David has taken the stress away from us and my son is now feeling confident about his English again. I would recommend David to anyone looking for a tutor as good ones are hard to find , he is very organised and professional in what he provides and sets out everything very clearly .

Only a few sessions in and I can see the difference already. Back reading regularly and starting to enjoy English more. David is great with my son and creates a good honest interaction, interested in him and what makes him tick. I particularly like the fact the first session was to understand my son as an individual, strengths and what needed to be worked on. Good parental engagement, wanting to know my expectations and thoughts. Really pleased and confident the next parents evening will evidence the improvement. Well worth it.

David enjoys what he does and is passionate about his job,this shows in the way he teaches my daughter. She has learnt quite a lot In the sessions that she has had with him

So far our son (9) he will start yr 5 after the summer holidays, has had 3 lessons with David, which he is realy enjoying, and looks forward to. We thought long and hard about taking him to a tutor, but whilst its early days, it seems to be paying off, he says its helped at school. We will have to see what improvement he makes, but its looking good so far.

David has been tutoring my son for only a few weeks now in preparation for his English GCSE. This is really helping to develop my son's written english skills and he is progressing well. I would highly recommend David.

Although we have only had 3 lessons is far David has already had a positive impact on my son's approach to English. Cameron is enthusiastic about his sessions and David's teaching has really built his confidence in a subject he was very negative about… Keep up the great work David… !!!
