Hello! I am a friendly and highly experienced personal tutor currently working as a Lecturer in History at Queen Mary University of London. Previously to this, I taught history at the University of Sussex for five years while completing my PhD in modern history. I have much experience in private tuition, having tutored many KS3, GSCE, A-level and undergraduate students on a one-on-one basis. These students have enjoyed great academic success as a consequence of our time together, while also developing a real interest in the subjects at hand. I am particularity adept at improving essay writing skills, analytical thinking and revision techniques - equipping students with the knowledge and skills that examiners are looking for in the arts and humanities.

Tutoring Experience

I have taught as a Lecturer in History and Human Geography at the University of Sussex (2011-2016) and Queen Mary University of London (2017-present). I have over ten years experience of private tuition, working for various national and international agencies.

In my role as Lecturer, I write, mark and moderate exams and coursework assessments across a range of subjects.
