Private Maths and Physics Tuition in Preston

I obtained a PGCE form the University of Bolton, a graduate of maintenance engineering (MSc) department from the university of central Lancashire in Preston. Prior to that I obtained a Bachelors degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a 2nd class upper grade. I have a passion for teaching and I have been involved in teaching since my undergraduate days and also for voluntary organisation to help prepare students for their entrance exams. I developed a tutorial plan for my colleagues while at the university.

Tutoring Experience

Currently, I teach apprentices to help them obtain their qualifications. Prior to this, I worked at Kendal college teaching maths and electrical power systems. I have helped A-level and GCSE candidates improvee their score and confidence both in person and online.
I was a graduate teaching and research assistant at the university of central Lancashire Preston Since June 2015. I have been involved in taking 1st year students in tutorials in Engineering mathematics, mechanics and electronics.I have been part of a team helping to solve retention problem with 1st year students in the department of mechanical engineering. I am also actively involved in research especially in the area of computational fluid dynamics. I also assist MSc students in the department of maintenance engineering develop their research methods writing skills.
