I have 8 years experience of geology tuition and peer guiding. I have successfully tutored students from GCSE to postgraduate level.
My approach to Geology tutoring is relaxed, and focussed on a core understanding of scientific principles. Subjects such as Geology can seem overly daunting if basic processes are not understood, and this can make study and revision more laborious than it needs to be. I started my A Level Geology in 2013, so I can recall my own learning processes throughout A Level, undergraduate, postgraduate, and Doctoral studies for the benefit of my students.
I embrace different learning styles which suit the student, and provide tailored support for each.
