I still remember having trouble with mathematics and physics problems from school and how difficult it can be to learn these concepts, however, I have been able to successfully understand these concepts to myself and I am here to make it easier for you to do so as well!

Tutoring Experience

Since 2015, I have tutored students from GCSE to undergraduate levels across AQA, Edexcel, and the Scottish Highers exam boards. I also have three years of experience as a tutor and substitute teacher at International Baccalaureate schools in Copenhagen (International School of Hellerup and Copenhagen International School). I hold an MSc in Astrophysics from the University of Glasgow, graduating with merit.

Tutoring Approach

My teaching philosophy is adaptive: I tailor lessons to each student's needs, continuously improving my methods based on individual assessments and progress.

I like to be patient with students and help them to understand that with a little work, and by working on the foundations of what is needed (making sure previous years' knowledge is fully understood for e.g.)

It is important to me to make students understand that it is quite possible that something difficult will become very clear soon with a different approach to solving it.

I also like to help the student to visualize the solution to the problem if they are having a lot of difficulties.
