Dawn is providing fantastic support to my 9 year old son, with a particular focus on English. She took time to understand his areas of skill and development potential, before we began. She adapts her focus to my son's particular needs. She is clear, prompt and efficient in her communication with me.

Our son (9) has had two sessions with Dawn so far and we are really pleased at how things have been set up from the start. Dawn is very well prepared, extremely responsive with emails/follow up links and documents and considered in her approach to the tutoring. She has a clear plan for building a relationship with him and engaging him with fun relevant topics based on his interests. I didn't think online tutoring would have as much impact and that we should wait until face to face is available (as restrictions lift) - however we are happy to have started now. The conversation we have with Dawn at the end of each session when our son has finished is very friendly yet also targeted (and teaches us a few things) to help discuss and be clear as a family on how best to reinforce the learning. Thank you Dawn!
