My daughter has really enjoyed working with Dawn and has said she’ll miss their weekly sessions…… high praise indeed from a teenager!

In addition to this she has been given detailed notes on topics. Dawn is conscientious and has gone beyond the call of duty at times to ensure that Sarah receives a weekly tutorial. Hi Martin,
Sorry I couldn't speak to you before, but as I said, I was tutoring another student. The problem i have is that i accepted your inquiry on Oct 7th, but I didn't get any further contact from you until Sunday 30th Oct (which I've only just seen as I logged on after i finished tutoring to find out what was happening) - unfortunately because of that time delay in between those 2 dates I have had 2 further tutees contact me which i have accepted and they have started their weekly sessions, and i now have no more slots available now to offer. I have contacted first tutors and advised them of the situation and suggested that they should reimburse you the fee under such circumstances, but obviously i have no say in that final decision. Most students continue with tuition right up until the exam unless their situations change, so it is not likely my weekly timetable will change. this is all very unpleasant and it's never happened before. if first tutors contact me i will pass on anything they say - Regards, Dawn
