I trained in London, then moved to Yorkshire and have taught here for 18 years, tutored for 15. I have full, professional insurance for my private tuition, under Hiscox Insurance.

I operate a cancellation policy. Less than 24hrs notice incurs the full charge for the session unless rearranged to a another day within that week.

Due to the current outbreak I am only accepting online tuition currently.

I am, however, provisionally taking on new students for the academic year 20/21, weekend day times, at my home. Get in touch.

In 2013 I completed a MA in Teaching and Learning at Huddersfield University.

Tutoring Approach

Pupil centered, with an emphasis on engaging the student in the topic. I believe in making the information "sticky" so students retain what they have learnt. I embrace the use of technology as a tool for learning, as well as more traditions methods.
