We couldn’t have asked more from a tutor. Diane tutored my daughter for GCSE combined science and son for A level Biology. The difference she made to both their grades was incredible and has opened doors in both their lives. Diane was always approachable, available and did work outside of lessons to make the most of the teaching time. There wasn’t a lesson where the children complained about the extra lessons as they progressed, gained confidence and saw their grades improving. We can’t recommend Diane enough.

Diane, tutored our son for all 3 sciences for 2 years in the run up to GCSEs. We could not be happier with her and STRONGLY recommend her. She has been very methodical and thorough but at the same time very humane and understanding. Diane clearly has a wealth of experience which can make the difference between a good and an excellent tutor.

Diane has been tutoring our Daughter with her GCSE combined sciences and has helped her come on leaps and bounds. Diane has given her the knowledge, confidence and exam skills to achieve her potential which will allow her now to go on to study A level Chemistry and Biology. Diane has a great depth of knowledge and teaches in such a way that our daughter has been able to easily understand and grow her skills set and her own knowledge base. Diane has also helped with an extra lesson in maths each week which again has lifted our daughter’s confidence and will no doubt have helped her achieve a higher score come GCSE results day. We have already booked in with Diane for continued support with our daughters A levels as she is looking to achieve A’s to follow her chosen medical career path. I would highly recommend Diane who puts in so much work behind the scenes preparing lessons and marking homework. 10/10

Diane is excellent teacher, flexible and approachable. She has been tutoring my son since November and helping him in preparing for his GCSE exams. He has made a great progress in short time and gained his confidence. She really wants her students to do well and does everything she can to ensure they succeed. I highly recommend her.

Diane supported my twin boys in biology and chemistry, seeying them through their A levels and guiding them through their revision. She gave good lengthy explanations, was reliable, and had a quick turn around for correcting work. She put them at ease through her friendly manner and gave them confidence for sitting their exams.

Diane is a fantastic, knowledgeable and encouraging tutor! With my situation being slightly different, as I was working towards completely my Biology A-level in just 1 year, Diane was an essential part in helping me achieve this. I did my exams in 2022 and I got an A in Biology which is no doubt due to all the help I’ve received from Diane! The lessons are always structured and informative and she provided me with further PPQ`s to improve my knowledge of Biology. Also whenever I`m struggling with a concept she is kind and encouraging and goes over it as many times as I need. She really helped me improve my understanding of Biology!! So if your looking for a tutor who will help you through the entire course or just for certain topics, I highly recommended Diane!

Diane is a fantastic tutor for many reasons, she has a broad understanding in biology with excellent teaching techniques and a great knowledge of the exam system which has helped my son achieve the top grades he wanted. More importantly, the study skills she instilled in my son were transferable to his other subjects.

She has an interactive teaching style that made my son feel comfortable. She is very organised and had a lot of material and homework assignments that pushed my son to get the high grade that he did.

Diane is a very experienced and extremely thorough tutor. She went above and beyond in terms of finding pertinent resources and extension work, and gave careful feedback on written tasks. She was always kind and friendly, but appropriately firm in following up on set tasks. We would not hesitate to recommend Diane as a Science tutor.

Diane has increased my daughter's confidence after just a few lessons. She has a very professional approach and her lessons are structured really well. My daughter really enjoys her lessons with Diane and we've been having weekly tuition sessions for more than a month. She is also happy with giving extra support when needed and is very organized. I would definitely recommend her.

Diane has been a brilliant GCSE Maths tutor for my daughter. She has a lovely teaching style, her lesson preparation was excellent, and she gave lots of positive and targetted feedback; she also allowed for appropriate ‘thinking time’ during the sessions. Diane was a great help to my daughter, who is doing the new A level Biology. Diane knows her subject really well and she knows how to teach it and to find gaps in students' knowledge. She explained things really clearly to my daughter, who is now much more confident about this aspect of the syllabus. I am currently privately studying AQA a-level biology and as my exams are approaching I just wanted to leave feedback due to her excellent method of teaching. Diane has incredible knowledge specifically on the AQA syllabus as well as biology alone. She tailors each lesson to the individual with a wide rang of resources which is applied to suit my needs. She always goes the extra mile and prepares a lot for the lessons, always bringing along past paper questions for every topic that will be covered per lesson, she brings different resources such as her own material online, relevant books and her own knowledge. Diane is a very committed tutor, who will always be prepared to mark any past papers I complete as well as responding to queries via email very quickly and with lots of explanation to assure my understanding. Her background knowledge in DNA has been extremely invaluable and has helped me to increase my confidence with the A2 topics on DNA technology as well as all other topics. Her passion for biology shines through whilst discussing topics in depth. Diane is a friendly tutor who will adapt to your preferred style of learning whilst doing it very well.
