After just a few lessons with Edmund, I have seen a marked improvement in my English Language and Literature courses in school. I am currently in my second year of GCSE and am predicted As, but with Edmund's help I hope to gain A*s. His enthusiastic teaching methods, which includes asking questions regularly to check my understanding, has boosted my confidence immensely. I now find myself putting my hand up in class to answer questions as I gain the confidence to take a risk even if I'm not completely sure about an answer. Edmund teaches me lots of beneficial information and skills which I would not have gained in a classroom. Many of these skills are transferable to other subjects especially other Humanities subjects. A rating of 5 without a doubt.

Edmund very quickly established the areas that needed assistance and provided an excellent mix of confidence-building, the development of a more effective approach to the works under study, and crucially the encouragement of a greater enjoyment of the set pieces.
