I am friendly, calm and approachable - my sessions are fun and lively mixing styles to keep focus and enjoyment. I can tutor in my own home or come to yours depending on the distance.

Tutoring Experience

I have been teaching for 7 years and have taught across early, first and second level. I am particularly skilled in building confidence and a strong feeling of self worth in children I have worked with. I also have previous experience of preparing children for the High School of Glasgow entrance exams.

Tutoring Approach

I provide a learning environment where your child will feel comfortable and confident enough to give anything a go. Whatever you want your child to achieve - self-confidence and self-belief are key.
I will work with your child to understand their needs, tailoring lessons to suit them so they can feel they are making progress and succeeding. This feeling of success will have a positive influence on their schoolwork and how they approach their learning at school.
