I’m 31 years old, active, and always looking for new adventures. I have a passion for travelling, exploring different cultures, and trying new foods, which ties into my love for cooking. My passion for teaching English began on my university year abroad placement in Russia, where I embarked on the journey of teaching English as a foreign language.
I have a diverse teaching background, starting with teaching English as a foreign language, which allowed me to work with students from different linguistic and cultural backgrounds. I also spent time in Russia as a private English tutor, helping learners develop their language skills in a one-on-one setting. After returning, I gained experience as a supply teacher, adapting quickly to different classrooms and age groups. Now, I teach English at a secondary school in Solihull, where I focus on making lessons engaging and accessible while helping students develop their confidence in reading, writing, and analysis.
My approach to teaching English is innovative and student-centered. As a young, creative, and energetic educator, I strive to transform the classroom into a dynamic space where learning is engaging, interactive, and relevant. I aim to spark curiosity and confidence in each learner, encouraging them to express themselves freely and become passionate, lifelong communicators in English.
