I hold a PhD in History, a Masters of Literature, and a Masters of Music. Having worked, travelled and studied in four countries (Australia, China, US and UK), I have a wide range of experiences across variety of educational contexts. I am passionate about history, languages, music and learning and find great joy and satisfaction helping others achieve their learning goals.

My in-person sessions are £75.00 GBP. My online sessions are £65.00 (not 67.50 as the site indicates).

This fee equates to 2.75 hours of work for your fee.

This work includes:
- 60 mins tailored session preparation
- 60 mins 1:1 tutoring session (i.e. your session)
- 30 mins administrative and homework setting tasks
- 15 mins between lesson homework questions/query time
- in-person fee (75.00) includes travel costs

Tutoring Experience

I have thirteen years' experience teaching and tutoring students primary, secondary, and tertiary levels. I have successfully run a private tutoring business in Australia for eight years while also working as a tutor for prestigious university colleges in Melbourne. In China I engaged with students across the academic spectrum and worked in editing and research for multiple online news platforms. In the US due to my own research, I focused on private tutoring in order to ensure my students had my full attention. As a university lecturer and academic editor in the UK, this is my current teaching passion as well.
