Hi, I’m Ellie, a final-year student at the University of Cambridge, where I’ve been reading Human, Social and Political Sciences. My academic journey has been marked by a deep passion for learning and a drive to help others succeed academically. Having achieved top grades in my own GCSEs and A-levels, I understand the challenges students face and how to overcome them with the right strategies and support.

Throughout my time at university, I’ve developed a rigorous approach to problem-solving, analytical thinking, and effective communication—skills I bring into my tutoring sessions. My experience includes mentoring younger students, working with peers to tackle complex problems, and participating in outreach programs to make STEM subjects more accessible and exciting and develop further understanding of humanities subjects.

Beyond academics, I’m an approachable and enthusiastic individual who genuinely enjoys making learning enjoyable and rewarding. I know how important it is to build confidence, not just in exams but in the subject itself. I’m committed to helping my students unlock their potential and achieve their goals, whether that’s mastering tricky topics, improving exam technique, or gaining a deeper appreciation for the subject matter.

I have regularly tutored students between the ages of 11 to 20, focusing on admission assessments (such as Oxbridge interviews and qualifying exams and the 11+), GCSEs, A-Levels, university-level, and for more casual learning.
